Draught @ Moeder Lambic. Rated on 25.06.2015
Aroma has cereal, grassy hops and fruity tones. Flavour has minerals, peaches, some apricot and minerals. Feels like a well-hopped English ale. I like the peaches here. The rest of the talk was not about that. This has some menthol tones not typical to English ales though.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of light tropical fruit notes with dry hoppy notes is quite interesting. Taste is a nice mix of light rustic malt notes with some floral hoppy notes with light white wine/tropical fruit notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very well brewed and quite enjoyable overall even though hops oil notes could be more pronounced.

Draft - Citrus and yeasty esters, a mess. Pale yellow gold with a decent white head. Yeasty and peppery, not particularly good or interesting.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry hops, with lots of yeast and light tropical fruitiness. Flavour is palong the same lines, with tropical fruits, lots of dry hops, banana and citrus. Not really what a saison should taste like. It's pretty harsh on the hoppiness. Okay.
