500mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out brett, Belgian saison yeast, and citrus zest. Flavour is quite funky, with lovely brett funk, saison farmhouse yeast, and some citrus. Not quite as complex as Batch 2 -- this one is more traditionally saison-esque. Easier to drink than Batch 2, but not as complex; this is still excellent.

500mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is huge on the brett, with lots of funk, some citrus and a little dry hopping. Flavour is very complex, with loads of dry barnyard funk, citrus and dry hopping. Wonderfully funky - the brett is perfectly situated. Complex and highly drinkable. Awesome beer.

Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. A bit hazy dark orange to reddish color, medium sized off-white to beige head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, quite bitter, hops, some sweet touch and some alcohol. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Nice.
