A clear dark brown ipa with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with loads of bitter chocolate, coffee grind, smooth floral hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate malt with coffee grind, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and pleasant, complex, well done. On tap at vices et versa.

650 ml bottle shared by Cuso at Bratislava Tasting, thanks!
Amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, white head.
Aroma of citrus, passion fruit, pine, apricot, biscuit.
Taste follows this, with some more grapefruit.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, zesty, piney, citric, a bit grassy, a bit malty.

Very nice. Very fresh and crisp, with lovely fruity hop notes. Great beer considering the low ABV, among the best SIPAs I’ve had.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head with excellent retention and some great lacing. Aroma of light dry funky notes with some light rustic malt notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a great complex mix of funky notes with subtle tart notes, with grassy notes and rustic malt with nice lightly peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Love the complexity that can be found in this beer while also maintaining a great level of drinkability.

Undated bottle (fresh) from YouriLevesque, drunk 10/8/15.
All the makings of a Trillium beer here: you’ve got a fantastic amount of dense white head with good retention and a hazy golden body with ample carbonation.
Good variety of hop notes in the nose ranges from tropical fruits (lots of mango) to ruby red grapefruit, melon and plenty in between. Clean, no alcohol and with a light house yeast character that adds a fresh charm to it. Great strength of aroma and no heavy pine/resin.
Lovely balance in the mouth with well-attenuated malts adding honey, light sourdough and biscuit notes while the tropical fruits, sweet citrus notes and just a bit of tangy/punchy Galaxy-esque flavors make up the hop flavors. Getting back to the Trillium parallel, the mouthfeel is perfect, with tight carbonation and a supply malted texture. No alcohol, clean, drinkable and without any harsh bitterness/resin. A grand beer, thanks Youri!

500mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri!), pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely tangy hops and cat piss, lots of brett, and medium funk. Flavour is very complex, with lots of dry hopping in the tangy New Zealand variety (Nelson Sauvin) and cat piss (North American), followed by lots of bretty funk. Wonderful balance of the dry hopping and funk. Excellent stuff.
