Draught Lots of lace over slightly veiled golden beer. Fresh herbal, grassy hosp, very inviting. Lots of hops, grassy & herbal. Some restsweetness in the finish, nicely rounding it off. MF is a bit empty, just some slickness. Easy drinking beer, maybe a tad dangerous at 7+%

Clear light orange beer, aery white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very very peated, smoky, medicinal, hospital smell. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very peated, unpleasant bitterness, lots of alcohol, weird bitterness. Aftertaste: very peated, bitter hops. Meh. I have a feeling that this cask would have been better off with a different beer in it. Maybe the Triest X-mas? I don't know....

Little hazy (chill haze?) deep orange beer, aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: smelly feet, very English impression, grapefruit, grains, bit sweet and fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, fruity, tangerines, little bitter, some grains, bit cheesy. Aftertaste: cheesy, some mango, soft bitterness, fruity, very English profile. Well done!

Small white head over golden clear beer. Tar, phenols, pure malt indeed! Islay to the fore. Again tar, Lapsan Souchong slightly sugared, long lasting Islay malt features. Surprisingly light body, light carbonation (rather than Champenoise). Completely changed profile, compared to the other Tripel. Kudo’s, this is excellent!

@RBBW2014. Red colour, Medium carbonation. Sweet and fruity (cherry) beer. Some light sourness. Light bitter in the finish. Easy drinkable.

66cl bouteille @ RBBWG III, thanks Tderoeck. BB 15/10/2014. Cuivrée, col fin beige. Arôme est malté, léger caramel et une pointe de biscuité. Fines effluves d’amertume en rétro-nasal. Palais est malté, caramel, léger biscuité amertume en fin de bouche laissant place à des houblons nobles et qcq notes vertes.

75cl bouteille @ RBBWG III, thanks Tderoeck. BB 15/09/2014. Dorée, trouble, col blanc. Arôme est fruité assez original avec qcq pointes citronnée venant du citra. Pointe e levure pour un bouquet fermenté. Palais offre une amertume moyenne, malté sur un fruité également citronné voire presque tropical. Fini sec et pétillant pour une base maltée-grains au caractère bien belge..

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to tderoeck. BBF 15/10/2014. Light brown, little head. Smell is sweet caramel, herbal, toffee, brown sugar mixed with light soy sauce. Taste is bit bitter, soy sauce, lightly roasted dark malts, herbs, leaves, very bitter & raw. m/m body. Interesting stuff. Quite liked it.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to tderoeck. Pours orange. Nose is caramel, candy, orange, fruity & sweeter hops, quite a bit of them. Taste is bitter herbs, bitter yeast, some caramel, some citrus fruits, bitter grass hops in the back, some sugar. m/m body. Solid stuff.
