Description

Bottle sample @ 5de Brugs Bier festival.

Small off-white rim over veiled yellow beer. Green hoppy nose with herbs & spices, USA hop. Very spiced-herbal taste, and over-hoppy. Maltbacking is bit lacking. Sharpish MF, well-carbonated. Aftertaste is very long-lastign hoppiness. Nice, but in a way rather unidimensional.

Mango-yellow head, medium-sized but persistent over amber-mossy beer. Very green hops’ nose, fresh; bit of liquorice and dark malts. Outspoken chopped parsley flavour; very convincing. Dark malts with melanoidins. Well-bodied, quite slick and creamy feel. Excellent and original!

Light brown colour. Has some complex malty, oaky tones. Has a bit of a sticky texture. Complex and pleasantly alcoholic flavour with some whiskey-like notes.
