A deep dark stout with a thin creamy brown head. In aroma, bitter herbal chocolate with grassy hops, light coffee, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light fruity notes, coffee grind, vanilla, powdery character, nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, fruity malt with loads of tropical fruits, floral and resinous hops, citrus pulp, catty notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy floral and resinous hops, citrus pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A dark brown scotch ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, dark fruits and molasses, vanilla, light licorice, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with candy sugar, molasses, maple syrup, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Even, average, sessionable pale ale. Orange pour. Well-balanced. Some light citrus and some nice malt. Finishes bitter. Cask Days 2013.

This isn’t quite an IPA. Not really any hops but some sense of harvest. Finishes lightly sour but boring overall. Pours cloudy golden. Cask Days 2013.

An amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a classic pale ale with smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. Cask Days 2013.

Dégustée en fût au Brouhaha. De couleur dorée foncée et voilée. Nez fruité (agrumes) aux notes épicées et terreuses, moyen de biscuits et de houblon floral et herbeux (herbes humides) avec des traces de caramel et de pain. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture huileuse. Goût très légèrement fruité (agrumes) avec des notes de levures terreuses et épicées lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de grains de céréales fraîches avec des notes de biscuits ainsi que des traces de pain et de caramel puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon floral et herbeux (herbes fraîches). Post-goût moyen, légèrement amer de houblon floral aux notes herbeuses avec des notes de céréales. (22 janvier 2013)

A hazed amber ale with a thick off white head. In aroma, sweet grainy malt with biscuit malt, so-so. In mouth, a sweet biscuit grassy malt, a tad sweet cloying caramel, so-so. On tap at La Souche, Dec. 22 2012 2012.
