Hazy golden colour with a tad orangy hue, a white head with good retention and some nice creamyish, streaky lacing. The Citra hops release that fresh citrus smell, but with time, some green hoppîness come out. The taste shows a nice blend of citrus, but what comes in to help things is a herbal touch. A juicy mouthfeel with a mild drying finish. A nice Double NEIPA with only Citra hops that has good drinkability.

Clean, golden-amber colour with beautiful, active carbonation. The head is frothy, warm light-beige with good retention and lots of foamy-soapy lacing spots-streaks. A nice fresh balance of herbal and piney touch in the nose, with a mild caramel malt base and the hints of Labrador tea. Resinous in the taste with the mild forest pine needles, and a slow building bitterness. The mouthfeel is smooth, a little oily, slick and a decent drying finish. Sugar is listed in the ingredients, but not overly sweet - just balancing things. Quite a smooth drinking, West Coast IPA with that forest feel.

Fairly clean, amber colour with a reddish hue, a frothy white-pînkish head, good stay and some foamy lacing left. Mild, fruity, cranberry aromas with tangy notes, mild tart, and sourness. The cranberries shine nicely in the taste with the sour touch, tartiness, light saltiness, puckering nicely in the aftertaste. Quite a nice, refreshing, cranberry Gose that fits Christmas.

Hazed, peach-pink colour with particles, a white-pinkish froth head, good stay and some foamy lacing left on the brew. Beautiful fresh raspberry aromas with some mild yeast, sourness. The taste is quite milder, with the raspberries, some light grassiness and a tad tart left on the tongue. A pretty decent, refreshing Witbier with Raspberries that is easy-drinking.

A light tan head with some lacing over a cola-like body. A soft nose of sour berries and brown sugar. The sour berries pop out in the taste profile, supported by roasted sweet malt, nuts, apricots and the brown sugar. Hard to find any hop presence through all that. The acidity keeps it clean. Interesting.

A pillowy white head on a straw body, evident effervescence. Nose is light citrus with sweet malt. A very smooth drink. Touches of orange and lemon hints of peach and melon. Understated bready malt.

A very light haziness with its amber colour, some golden hue, a fizzy off-white head that does last longer than expected. Aromas of fresh fruitiness, sourness and notes of dry-hopping. The sour flavours are not puckering, but quite present with the touch of passion fruit, litchi and mild hops in the finish. Quite a nice, refreshing Dry-Hopped Sour with a fruity touch to it.

A hazed golden gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits and Epsom salts. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2025.

A very slight haze, light golden-yellow colour with a white head that stays a little and leaves a small ring around the brew - not for too long. A beautiful smell of celery seed with a peppery touch, over the sour and salty base. The flavours have a nice sourness with the pepper-celery taste nicely blended. Hints of saltiness that lingers in the background. Quite an interesting Gose, that is refreshing, sour, salty and reminding you of the rim of a Caesar.
