Yeasty, dark fruit, earthy vanilla, and Barrell. A touch boozy as it warms. Low bitterness, maple syrup adds some sweetness, but it's not copying. It's actually quite well balanced.

Brown colour with ruby-amber highlights with a huge, creamyish, warm-beige head, good retention and full sticky lacing. Hoppy nose at first with roasted, chocolate malts that come out. A smooth, slick mouthfeel with some slow, building dryness that lingers mild bitterness. Flavours are a nice blend of the light roasted barley, a touch of cacao and fresh piney hop notes, and hints of grapes. A good Imperial Black IPA with nice leafy-coffee bitterness, and a tad sweetness.

Pours a dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights, a nice creamy-bubbly, warm-beige head, good retention and thick, foamy-creamy lacing left. Roasted malt aromas with some light dark fruitiness and hints of grassiness, wheat giving banana notes. Slick, mildly oily mouthfeel with some nice, slow-building dryness in the end. Malted barley taste with a mild blend of molasses, coffee and dark fruits. A tad wheat here as well, but gets cut off by the hops. An easy-drinking Irish Stout, just like the Bench Mountainview Stout I just had... with a better head.

O:6.54 V:2.79 G:6.43 C:3.62 G:14.0 T:33.38

Hazy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head, average retention and a few foam-bubbles ring and patches on the brew. Lemon zest aromas, orange juice and a touch of fresh herbal notes. A real interesting things happens in the taste. Some grapiness, almost like a tad grape Kool-Aid, well-blended with some piney needles, lemon zest and the rest of the citrusy hops. Some hop particles fall to the bottom of the glass at the last pour. This is quite an amazing NEIPA with a balanced of herbal nature (bog myrtle), spruce tips giving a West Coast touch and loads of citruses. Will buy more.

Murky orangy, looking like carrot juice with bubbles running up the glass, and a dirty film left. Tropical fruit nose with the mix of mango, raspberry and apricot. The sourness comes out in the taste with some nice lingering. Not as thick as the Bas-Canada versions, but still nice. The fruits are nicely blended in the flavours with the apricot showing a touch more that in the nose. A nice refreshing, fruity-sour smoothie beer.
A golden amber ale with a thick frothy light off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light woody notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, very nice. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.
