Can that pours a hazy golden colour with amber hue, with a frothy white cap, average stay and some light lace left. Both of the English hops used here (Harlequin, Olicana) give out the passionfruit in the nose and taste. Mild aromas of pineapples, mango and oranges. The flavours give out a touch more grassiness with the fruits, lingering some dryness and greener hops. A nice Double NEIPA with passionfruit, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, peach - but blended with fairly big grassy hops to balance the fruitiness-dryness.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, average retention and tiny specs left on the glass. Lemon zest aromas with a touch of alcohol-bitterness. The flavours are quite juicy. Juicier than expected from the nose. The end has a soft, building dryness with that zestiness, but nowhere bitter. Oranges juice, tropical fruits and hints of white wine - just wish the Nelson Sauvin was a little punchier. Overall, a full juicy, citrusy, lightly vinous NEIPA with a tad alcohol warming.

Hazy, a little murky, red colour with a purple hue. The head is huge, frothy-bubbly, pink-red coloured, very long lasting and leaving full sticky-soapy lacing on the glass. Getting rusty water base in the nose, with some cherry juice, hints of pineapple and sourness. The taste is on the sweet side, fruity with the juicy cherry-pineapple notes, some decent sourness. Not a bad Imperial Smoothie Sour, but a little unbalanced with that rustiness I am getting.

Fairly clean, amber colour with golden highlights, a smaller light-beige head, average stay and a little lacing. Wheat aromas giving a touch of bananas, some dates, caramel malts, alcohol, hints of Belgian yeast and hops. The taste shows a lot of the same, but getting some rusty feel found in some Rousse beers. A tad warming and not as much dark fruits as expected - which is fine with me. The flavours seem to be adjusting nicely as it breathes, showing off some good spices. An easier-drinking Quad that does the job.

Clean golden colour with a nice frothy-creamy-bubbly warm off-white head, good retention, leaving beautiful creamy-bubbly lacing. West Coast style aromas, blending better the grassiness and caramel malts, as higher alcohol content. Flavours of bitter grassy-hops with some sweetish caramel malts, piney notes and a nice warming finish. Some nice bitterness on the smooth side lingers. Quite a nice Triple West Coast IPA that warms up this cold winter night.

Cloudy-hazed golden-beige colour with many particles of hops floating around, eventually going to the bottom. Bubbly-frothy, off-white head, average stay with tiny spots of lacing. Aromas are a nice blend of lemon zest and orange juice, on the mild side. The zest-peel sharpness comes out in the taste, building slowly. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with some dryness that lingers. Some orange juice base balance things in the mouth. A nice DDH NEIPA that is juicy with some decent zestiness adding tang, with nothing sticking out too much as most of La Souche beers.

Dark brown colour with little highlights. Mocha-coloured frothy head, average stay and some decent lacing. The spicy peppers is what I smell as soon as poured, which I do like. Roasted barley base with the cacao powder and hints of coffee. The coffee really comes out after breathing a while. Mild flavours of the roasted malts, coffee with blending vanilla. The spiciness lingers in the finish, warming the mouthfeel. Not as much of a Pastry Stout, as not on the dessert side, but a good spicy, coffee Imperial one.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a small white head, average stay and some light foaminess over the brew. A line of lacing is left as the brew goes down. Lemon zest aromas with mild herbal notes. An orange-tangerine juice base does come out with time. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with a building dryness. The lemon zest continues into the flavours, and their bitterness grows. Some zing, spiciness comes out of it. Nothing too crazy, but a good Double NEIPA with mostly a lemon zest profile.
