500ml bottle, written 2022 edition on front label. Darker brown colour with some copper-golden highlights, nice carbonation and lots of small particles floating around. The head is frothy, light-beige with long retention and nice creamy lacing. Sweet maple aromas with some wood notes, warming alcohol, nuttiness, bananas and a touch of molasses. The taste is nicely balanced with the hops that dry fairly quickly the syrupy start. Again, maple, woodiness with hints of molasses, nuttiness and a blend of mild grassy-bitterness to finish. Quite a nice woody, grassy, maple Wee-Heavy that still holds up.

Murky, thick orange colour with a bubbly head that disappears leaving a film over the glass. A nice, fresh blend of citruses and mangoes come out in the nose. The Chai tea and honey are not as strong, as they are balancing the rest. Again, quite fruity in the taste with lime, orange, a tad grapefruits and the mango shining through. A touch of sourness throughout, and lingers. Quite a nice Smoothie Sour with a nice mix of mangoes and citruses, and the honey and Chai tea just adding a wee spices.

A slight haze, golden colour with lively medium-sized bubbles, a white cap, good stay and a few small foam spots on the glass, topping over the brew. Wow, six different hops in this one, and smell great, herbal, light pine and well-blended grassiness. A touch of alcohol, bitterness, but again - nicely balanced. The flavours are milder with everything working smoothly. Grassy hops, a tad citrus and decent dryness, not too thick. Quite an easy-drinking Double IPA with many hops all blending well, and hints that are nicely warming.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, decent retention and sticky-soapy lacing. Aromas show the alcohol content with some wheat-banana notes, Belgian sugar, medicinal notes and hints of grassy-hops. The flavours are a little better balanced, still showing milder signs of bananas, sugars, alcohoicl-bitterness and some grassiness. Gets a slight hazier as it pours, and some particles looking like spices do appear floating around. A decent Belgian Tripel-style beer, but seems better when drank from the can - as the nose does not pack such in impact, which is not the ultimate. In all fairness, the smell does calm down with time, and blends better together.

Fairly filtered, amber colour with golden highlights. The head is is lightly beige, creamy-frothy, long lasting and leaving good creamy lacing. Grassy nose with medicinal notes over the caramel malt base and decent toastiness. It is a touch piney, but not particularly enjoying the hops in here. Grassy-plasticy hoppiness on the bread malt touch. Not super offensive, but not my type of hops in a Red Irish ale. It does tend to blend better as it breathes.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a bubbly off-white head, dissipating rather quickly and leaving not much lacing. Citrus aromas with the pineapple notes, herbal hints. The taste shows citrus zest, mild bitterness with this, decent juiciness, sweetness from the pineapples. Some zesty, lightly spiciness in the mouthfeel. A good NEIPA with a pineapple touch, and good zestiness.

Can that pours a fairly clean, bright golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and leaving thick, foamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some decent herbal hops that come out eventually, and hints of mineral water. The taste shows the nice blending hops and malts that a Pale Ale should have. A decent English Pale Ale that has the malts, and milder hops, but still nicely balanced all-around.

Pours a real dark brown colour with mild ruby-copper highlights. A huge creamy-frothy, warm-beige head, very nice retention and loads of sticky-creamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with what seems to be oat sweetness nicely balancing things, but no - it is sugar listed in the ingredients. A touch of cacao-chocolate comes out with time, even a tad coffee. Flavours of roasted barley with no sweetness, but nice bitterness from the three hops. Grassy, but quite nicely blending with the hints of chocolate malts. A very, nicely brewed American Imperial Stout that goes down beautifully.

Clean, red-purple colour with fizzy pinkish head that dissipates rather quickly, and no lacing left. Sour nose with a mix of the blueberries and blackcurrant. The sour is present in the taste, and a tad puckering, but not lasting too long. The blueberry-blackcurrant fruitiness continues, but as Souche beer, always on the tamer side of things. Even the alcohol content, I cannot feel. Feels like a 5% ABV or less. Hints of cherries comes out near the last pour. Quite an easy-drinking, fruity, sour Imperial Wild Ale.

Pours a dark amber colour with golden highlights. The head is light-beige, with average retention and some decent creamy-foamy lining lacing, and spots. A minty, herbal hoppiness in the aromas, over the sweet malt base and good maple notes. Hints of wheat-bananas do come out with time. The maple nicely comes out in the taste, and the hops do cut the sweetness. Not syrupy at all, going down nicely, and not too thick. Grassiness lingers, but not as minty as the nose. Quite a nice, real maple, thinner Wee Heavy with higher hoppiness.
