Hazy golden-yellow colour with a warm off-white head, decent retention and more lace on the top of the brew, than on the glass. Citrus aromas with a touch of grassiness. The mouthfeel is lighter as the Pale Ale style, but still quite juicy. The dryness is nicely building slowly. The taste is milder, but still shows citrus zest, some orange juices, but mostly zestiness bringing good dryness, light bitterness. A good juicy Pale Ale that has a little more zest-dryness than most of the style.

Hazy golden colour with a big, white, fluffy-bubbly head, with good retention and loads of sticky-foamy lacing. The Nelson Sauvin is not as punchy, more blended with the Simcoe giving some tropical fruits and citrus notes, over the vinous grapes in the background. Very juicy with a nice building dryness in the finish. Some good bitterness, like citrus zest lingering. A good-drinking, juicy-fruity Double NEIPA with a balance of citrus, tropical fruits, pretty big dryness and a tad Sauvignon Blanc.

2023 edition in a 500ml brown bottle. Clean, red colour with an amber hue, a pink small head fizzing away quickly with just a tiny ring left. Morello cherries in the nose with a tad wood, sourness, vanilla and alcohol. The alcohol is well-hidden in the taste, just bringing a touch of warming. The taste is on the watery side, smooth, with the cherry notes, some nuttiness, woodiness. Gets hazy mildly near the end, and the alcohol is felt. The Brett are well-blended to not be too wild, and the cherries start shinning a little more. Good woody-tart lingering. All-around, a very drinkable Tripel with nice fruitiness, oakiness, funkiness and mild sourness - but lacking a little punch.

Hazy golden colour with a big, creamy, warm off-white head, long lasting and leaving foamy lacing streaks. Mild fruity aromas with hints of herbal hops, yeast and sourness. The mouthfeel is fairly thin, but slight creamy, and some dryness comes out of it. Herbal notes blends well with the mango that is lighter, so freshening things. A decent sour ale with mild mangoes that looks good.

Pours a very slight hazed, light golden-beige colour with a fizzy white cap that disappears instantly, leaving no lace. It basically looks like better brewed ginger ale. Fresh ginger smell with a touch of lemon sourness, and cereals. The taste is mild with a bit of ginger spiciness that linger. The lemon notes come out a little more, but the finish is quite watery. Hints of cereal malts and tart are left on the tongue. Quite refreshing, and a nice blend of ginger-lemon for a non-alcoholic beer.

Metalchopz (7978) reviewed West Coast IPA from Brasserie Mille Iles 1 year ago

Lightly hazed, bright golden colour with a big white, frothy head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Quite a fruity, juicy nose for the style. Eventually, the more resinous, grassy aromas do come out. The taste has less fruitiness - only citrus zest notes, but the rest is pretty West Coast with the resin, grassiness. Some good bitterness lingers, dryness as well. A refreshing, dry, bitter West Coast IPA with a touch of fruitiness.
