En fût à La Succursale. Couleur noir un peu rougeâtre presque opaque, peu de mousse. Arôme de fumée, de charbon de bois, de café. Goût de fumée, de café et de chocolat noir avec une belle amertume. Carbonation faible. Pourrait être mieux dosée côté fumée.
