Sampled draught at the brewpub.
Reddish amber. Rather sweet and intensely roasty with rounded, clean mouthfeel. Low-medium bitterness. A near perfect copy of Starobrno’s Cerveny Drak.

Sampled draught at the brewpub.
Clear amber. Swet and generously malty with rounded, clean, solid mouthfeel. Grassy finish with some bitterness. Good, but needs softer mouthfeel to become excellent.

Orangey-amber colour. Rocky head. Earthy-fruity hops in the nose w/ slight biscuity malt. Creamy, with light hops and depth of bready malts.

Light amber colour. Straightforward bready malt aromas. Slightly thin. A little bit of apple skin noted. Slightly dry in the end. Not big or assertive enough for me.

Red copper beer with a sweet malty nose, but not very complex. Sweet malts with light hops, with a light body...

Very nice deep brown copper beer with a nice fruity aroma, raisins and vanilla, slightly vinous. Wonderful sweet malt, oranges, and nuts combined with some alcohol warmth. Good balance of hops and malts. This is almost like a barleywine. Excellent body...best tasted so far from Amere.

Deep gold /light brown beer with a sweet vinous aroma. Nice nuttyness with slightly caramelized malts, Again, the hops are not complex very sharp. Medium body. I would say this is more of an old ale than a Biere de garde.

Golden coloured beer with a thin head. Sweet malty nose with some caramel. Shapor matls, not sweet at all, and good sharp hops, almost dry. Medium bodied. Very honest pale ale.
