Totally paying attention to the beer and not to Cillian Murphy. Yeah. Sure.

Better be worth it. Took me twenty minutes to open the damn thing....

A hazed reddish copper ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, candy sugar, light curacao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, light vinous character, Curaçao, coriander, light alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from Super Nosso, Libertade park, BH.

Small bottle, weird cork thanks to @solidfunk. Pours brown, a little white head. Nose has figs and raisins. Flabby. Cheap. 5 2 5 2 6

2016 vintage sampled 2022. Pours fairly darkly hazed (not muddy yet, though) caramel redbrown. No real head, no sign of carbonation or pressure either. Scent is Pretty loud on the bourbon oak - and not nessesarily in a good way, it's like the beer underneath is very bland and thus not present, rather than bourbon taking the lead due to great BA profile. Taste is fairly thin. Beautifull aged quad profile - I stand corrected on the bland part. It's not thick at all, but it does taste very sugary. Some dried fruit remains, but the portofication has already kicked in to an OP level, even outclassing the bourbon in the taste sensation. Too sweet and simple on the sugars, but beyond that, it works well with the barrel (in the taste), aged gracefully, and is typical quad.

Raisins. Florals and fig. Dark brown pour with decent head. Some leather. Bottle.
