500ml bottle from Strikes Garden Centre, Northallerton. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates and aroma of citrus & apple. Taste is sweet, citrusy, clementines, mandarins, with alittle apple, and light citric acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet citric finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Strikes Garden Centre, Northallerton. Red colour, purply foam head and aroma of candy, jelly, sloe, syrupy, apple. Taste is sweet, berry, syrupy, floral, sloe, apple, with alittle citric tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet finish. OK, taste is quite sweet and medicinal.

500ml bottle from Strikes Garden Centre, Northallerton. Orangey golden brown colour, no head and aroma of ginger & apple. Taste is sweet, apple, strudel, ginger, spices, sugary, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying spiced apple finish. Quite OK.

27/12/2022. Bottle at the ITFC Christmas beer share. From Notcutts Garden Centre, Woodbridge. Pours clear golden with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of damp grain, soap, stewed fruits, woodchip. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Watery and oily, average carbonation. Rough.

10/12/2022. Bottle shared with ITFCDan. From Notcutts Garden Centre, Woodbridge. Pours clear dark amber brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of malt, nut, molasses, toffee, dried fruit, light chocolate and a meaty rack of rib edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.

1/10/2022. Bottle shared at the Torun GP beer share. From Notcutts Garden Centre, Woodbridge. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, dried fruits, touch of nut and spice. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slightly creamy, average to soft carbonation. Good for this brewery.
