The aroma is bready makes, baked goods, pie crust, touch of fruitiness, green banana, nougat, honeyed grain and dough. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, touch of bitterness, honeyed grain, cereal, honey cake, grassy, leafy, slightly herbal notes and some peppery spice with a drying finale. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Nice bitter - sweet character. Moreish.

500 ml can from the Costco German Biergarten Collection. Pours a clear gold color with a large white head and great retention. Great lacing too. Light bready aroma. Similar light bready flavor with some Euro sulfer notes in the finish. Overall clean and smooth, but the sulfur takes the experience down a notch. Medium body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a stable fluffy head. Clove, overripe fruit, lemon zest, grapefruit zest, some metal. Dry zesty bitterness, some fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. Quite a crisp zesty Weißbier, actually the kind of Weißbier I like, but this one isn’t too balanced and a bit one dimensional, but nevertheless a good one.
