Color castaño oscuro, forma escasa espuma beige de corta retención. Aroma profundo aunque bastante limpio, licoroso, que acompleja conforme atempera, pasas, ciruelas, dátiles, cacao, pan de centeno, frutos rojos, levadura, vino tinto...En boca la primera sensación es entre vinosa y licorosa, invita desde el primer sorbo a seguir y seguir degustando, al elenco de notas percibidas por el olfato se le suma una ligerísima sensación balsámica, llena de matices, terriblemente redonda. Disfrute largo y profundo. Pedazo de cerveza

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Roasty aroma with dark chocolate, liquorice, oak, light whiskey barrel, bitter roast. Moderate bittersweet flavour, body could be more full. Nice.

Nose is mellow roast, figs, herb, dark chocolate, light smoke, Speyside barrel waftings.
Taste comprises fruit cake mix, plummy notes, light medicinal but pretty subtle and well balanced for a Speyside barrel, well integrated bourbon, chocolate, raisins, light roast.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid sipper and well balanced.

BBE 07/2025 e bevuta 02/2026. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile Il cappello di schiuma è evanescente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pericolosa beverinità. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cracker, crosta di panettone, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia, mango, frutta passita, cuoio, cherry, vino rosso, vino Porto, pepe bianco, umami, salsa di soia, fumo e vaniglia, trasformando la bocca in uno scrigno di tesori.

Не понял почему новая серия Темных элей от Страусов была так низко воспринита публикой. Очень много бочки, приятные темные фрукты, сухофрукты, есть специи, немного алкоголя на финише.

Лучше чем я думал. Хоть характер оно и проявляет, но есть приятные и уникальные ноты шоколада и бочки. Сладость небольшая.

Taste - savoury and salty. A bit gnarly.
