On tap @ Beer Temple. Clear amber color. White head, some lace. Aroma’s: strong resin with a malty sweet backbone, hints of sweet fruit.. Flavor: bitter with some sweetness for balance. Medium bodied. Long lasting, resinous bitter finish. Tasty!.

On draught at Gourmet Haus. Chardonnay shows thru on the nose. Wheat as well. Hazy honey color with tight bubbled head and slight ringing and lacing. Green fruit follow through with bread dough chewiness from the yeast. Soft mellowing from the barrel of apple and a dry finish. Alcohol hidden but showing slight warmth.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of freah malt, caramel and light grassy hops. Flavour is massive pine, grass, fresh malt and caramel, but unfortunately spoiled as it’s strangely sickly. Bitterness is high with medium sweetness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Disappointing, it’s close to being really good, but something is really not quite right.

On tap at Beer Temple. Clear golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of loads of pine and spruce, cat piss, lime. Flavour is spruce, toasted malts, dung, weed, light malty, light caramel, dung and grapefruit hoppy bitter finish. Medium bodied. Didn’t really like it that much.

Fra fat på Ølbaren i Elmegade: en nydelig balansert apa (8%) med dominans av grapefrukt. Smaskegod! Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal aug-16: uklar korngul med flott skum som varer. Også denne gangen lassevis av frisk grapefrukt, velkomponert, fruktig og smud - de 100 IBU merkes ikke. Lekker fra ende til annen. Uendret score.

Bottle, 10C. Dark red with a large beige head. Aroma of oranges and chocolate, toast, white pepper, soap, herbs, aging lawn clippings. Medium bodied, slightly creamy. Taste has toffee and nuts, oranges, peaches, pepper, galangal. Long, spiced and herbal finish with moderate bitterness. Interesting.
