Heretic Brewing Company
Microbrewery
in Fairfield,
California,
United States 🇺🇸
Associated Venue: Heretic Brewing Company
Established in 2011
We started by sharing a building with another brewery in 2011, but we always brewed our beer ourselves. Within the first six months we realized there wasn’t enough space for two breweries in one building, so we began the search for a new place. By 2013, we had built a new, modern brewery in the wonderful city of Fairfield, California and moved all our operations there, including our new distillery.

Can from Beer Gonzo webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry. Consumed at home Friday 5th February 2016 Rich blood red on the pour with a sticky light beige head that is a clinger to the glass. Another beer that has a real thick and substantial mouthfeel, an almost zingy clean toothpastes feel in the way that this attacks the gums. A little hoppy malty, toffee good hoppy burst with a punchy resinous burst. Like this, bit malty maybe but the hops cut through well. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
