Draught Small white rim over fully unclear yellow beer. Yeasty, nose of lemon and seafruit (DMS?), salty-mineral. Sweet green grapes, incense, wood, lactic acid, lime. Bit rootspices in the finish, drier. Light, slick, but nowhere empty. Soft carbonation. Very good beer. WTF isn't this more readily available?

Glass at the Unterhaching Weihnachtsmarkt, hot and carbonated from the tap. Tall glass, slightly spicy wine-cherry nose, very nice head. Only a little carb left on the tongue due to the heat. Nice full cherry flavor with mild sweetness and a great balance of tartness. Moderate complexity. Extra point for being the inventive one to sell this beer hot at Christmas!
