Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, mineral white wine, hint of buttermilk. Sour flavour, quite acidic, lemons, quite fruity. Quite full body. Finish citrus, funk, white wine. Nicely done.

Bottle at the Mill, Cambridge. Golden brown, mostly clear with a white head. Resinous aroma with a hint of plastic. Malty sweetish taste. This is a decent enough beer but ultimately underwhelming. I was hoping for more character and was left wanting. Still, better than many beers, and drinkable enough.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Fruity hoppy and mildly piney aroma with notes of cough syrup, citrus zests and black tea, backed by a mildly caramelly malty touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Syrupy malty and juicy fruity, slightly piney hoppy taste with notes of ripe fruits, even exotic accents; balanced bitter-sweet and lasting finish with a muted alcoholic strength. Quaffable. 20.VI.15

Bottle at home. Dark golden with a very light haze, fizzy white head that leaves a thin film of various sized bubbles. Lots of tropical fruits on the nose, smells promising. Aromas of mango, peach, lime, passionfruit, soft mineral notes, light lemongrass. Underlying light caramel and a sugary touch. Taste is light sweet with light to medium bitter finish. Under medium bodied with very dry finish. Nice beer! Great balance here.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Wow, this is really not a colab that I saw coming. Heavy hazy orange, big solid white head. Nose mellow melon with odd lightly medicinal hops, oddly herbal. Taste is lightly medicinal bitter, some plaster, odd herbal hops, yoghurts, sweetish, … Malty, touch medicinal body. Wow, this is really not it & nothing like how I remember the original Blue Dot being like. I compared notes, this is way in the wrong direction. Not sure what happened here.
