Description
Anne and Jacques Korczak brew their artisanal beers in a former barn. The beers are 100% natural, brewed only with local, healthy and unprocessed products, without any artificial addition. The hops (Strisselspalt, Hallertau Tradition, Aramis, Colombus, Brewers Gold, ...) come exclusively from Alsatian hops fields and the malt plant is located near Strasbourg.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with quite big cream colored head. Lots of tropical fruits and some sweat on the nose. Then some grass, strange veggies, light sour citrus, sweet malts and caramel. Medium sweet and bitter, light sour. Over medium bodied. Not the best Matten beer.
