Bottle shared by Beerlando. Pours cloudy straw color with white head. Funky, yeasty sour aroma. Lightly sour flavor with some citrus and tart fruit. Light to medium body with effervescent carbonation and a dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops and deep caramel and toffee malt backbone. Taste is also dominated by some deep caramel malt backbone with their sweetness well balance by citrusy and bitter hops. Full body with limited filtration and great carbonation while no alcohol is apparent. Not as complex as I had expected but still very well done and very enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a slightly clear golden body and a quickly fading off-white head. Aroma is lightly brown sugar and some floral hops. Taste is hop bitterness surrounded by some sweet caramel malt. Good, but boring. Light bubbles, water like mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a clear gold with a small, white ring. Aroma of burnt hair, DMS and dried apricot with a slight note of fruity gummy bears. Taste is soda like with a bit of apricot fruit and light DMS. Light bubbles and a dry mouthfeel.

Pours orange mahogany into a shaker. Fluffy micro head with excellent retention leaves spot lacing as it barely recedes. Citrus and resin aromas. Creamy caramel upfront, turning medium and soft in the middle yet crisp in the dry grapefruit finish. Nicely balance ride.

Bottle at home Batch E!009... Thanks to Beer Bill and My Secret Santa for this one ... copper off white bubbly head ... big bright american hop nose with a little spice ... big sweet fruityness ... toffee and vanilla ... light spice ... medium heavy body ... bitter linger ... definitly a bit boozy ... TK2 at home the Day after Jan left ... copper brown ... big pine hop nose... sweet spicy hop ... creamy vanilla ... definite alcohol... im tempted to up the score as its going great with the Curry... but in the end i think i might strugle a bit with this on its own.

Sllightly hazy orange coloured body with a super thin white bubbly head and some floaters on top. Aroma of pure hops, sugar, oranges (not just the peel), malt, more hops and tons more sugar. Medium to Full-bodied; Super strong hoppiness up front with a bunch of bitterness leading into a strong malty taste with a bunch of twangy characteristics. Aftertaste has way more hop bitterness which makes this really nice - no sweetness or malt to speak of...just an alcoholic kick and a hoppy taste in the mouth. Overall, I liked this beer way more than most other IIPAs, because it didn’t kick as much, but it had TONS of hops. Definitely worth trying if you can get your hands on it! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased at Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 18-November-2006.

Pale coloured golden body with a very thin white head. Aroma of fresh hops, a nice maltiness and a very fresh taste of spruce! Medium-bodied; Strong showing of malt, hops and a very stong taste of spruce and mint. Aftertaste shows some of the wheat and a bit of the spruce - not much of anything else. Overall, a very crazy beer that has more of a holiday flavour than anything else. Damn good beer, and very complex, crazy for a summer beer! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 22-October-2006.
