Bottle. Black, a tan head is soon gone. Mocha and demerara sugar* aroma with some roast, dark berries, light spices. Bittersweet with berries first, then chocolate, some liquorice. Roast and spicy bitterness support. Characterful.
*Am tempted to give this an extra point for the English ingredient list including "bastard sugar" but I am strong.

330mL bottle at Delirium Cafe, pours a clear amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is surprisingly subtle, with gentle port barrels, toffee, Belgian yeast, and mostly attenuated out brown sugar. Flavour is complex, revealing a really nice port character, brown sugar, and Belgian yeast. Real nice port barrel character. Excellent.

330mL bottle at Delirium Cafe, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of whiskey barrels, Belgian yeast, toffee, and bready malt. Flavour is smooth and complex, with plenty of toffee, bready caramel, Belgian yeast, and whiskey barrels. Super smooth on the palate despite the high gravity. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Delerium Cafe. Pours copper with a slight haze and a white head. Light sugars, Belgian yeast, and plenty of whiskey barrels on the nose. Flavour has chewy toffee, raisins, Belgian yeast, and a ton of whiskey character. Very well-integrated and super drinkable.

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of herbal pale malt, straw, belgian yeast, some banana. Taste of herbal and mid sweet pale malt, belgian yeast, moderate spicy bitterness.

Fast gone white head over clear, very carbonated old-golden beer. Bit sweet, peach, Lindenblossom, peachliqueur. Agavesyrup. Sweet-ish, again peach. Faint lactic and some fruitacids, but they seem to be hidden away under the (peach)syrup. Chamomille, lillies. Only lightly vinous. Some acidthinning. The ABV is almost completley hidden. Very mild carbonation. I'm not really convinced by this one as a 'sour', but the very fact that Deca Services are making half litre sours is revolutionary. Txs to Stef!
