Incredibly flowery, grassy, and green.. Incredible aroma. Crisp clean, beautiful.. One of the best pils I've had in a long time.

Hazy orange pour, small white head. Aroma is strawberries, grapefruit, orange zest. Pithy bitterness, highly bitter, stone fruit and melon.

On tap at the source. Slightly cloudy amber pour, with a small off white head. Noble hops, fruity malts, light grass. Medium bitter, fruity finish.

Jet black, medium brown head. Aroma is chocolate cake, soy, cocoa powder, earthy, vanilla laced bourbon barrel.. The aroma is intoxicating. Mouth feel is oily, and full, with a creamy carb. Medium to high bitterness, creamy bourbon vanilla, cocoa goodness. Reminds me of the old school American impys I used to trade for. Outstanding.

Hazy orange, with a small white head. Aroma is peach, and melon with some basil. Full mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitter, stone fruit, peach, and magi abound with some soft citrus.

Cloudy red pour, with a small pink head. Aroma is raspberry puree, light vanilla and some guava. Full mouth feel, reminds me of a milkshake ipa. Low bitterness, raspberry puree throughout, light mint in the end.

Two at the source. Hazy orange yellow, with a large white head. Stone fruit, mango nectar, mint. Full mouth feel, medium to high bitter finish is pithy, grapefruit and mango come through big time. Excellent stuff.

Massively citrus, and floral green hop cone hops notes. Peach, and apricot, with some melon. Soft mouth feel, lovely carb. High bitterness, tropical, peach finish, with an intense pithy bitterness.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Murky greyish-yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of guava and papaya, also over-ripe pineapple. Flavour of said fruits, but not too sweet. A resinous bitterness in the finish.

Notater fra februarmøtet i Mi2, Cardinal. Med denne er vi godt i gang med kveldens program, som vanlig kyndig ledet av seremonimester Melberg: uklar skittengul med eksemplarisk skum helt til bunns. Overmoden ananas, appelsinmarmelade, papaya, granskudd og gress. Mersmak, selv om jeg av og til blir litt lei av denne endeløse flommen av NEIPA'er. Overraskelsene står ikke lenger i kø i denne stilarten.
