Can: Poured a dark amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light peat notes with some caramelized malt notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a good mix of peated malt with some caramelized malt with balanced residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable scotch ale with just enough complexity and good peated malt notes.

(355ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) I've lost this review twice now due to glitches/computer issues so my patience for rewriting is gone. Coles notes; this is a really nice mix of fresh musky tropical fruit, conifer needles and a little peppery aromatic citrus over a smooth creamy wheat/oat inflected malt body. Interesting and fairly unusual NEIPA, not a juice bomb nor a 'green fruit' beer, tends to the greener side but without hop burn or rough onion. Excellent.

Pours a lurid fairly cloudy deep fuschia with a small pink head and a little spotty lace. Aroma is fresh haskap berries; kind of a mix of blueberry, lingonberry and some hints of raspberry, with some hints of berry skinn tannin, a little lactic citrus and some herbal hops. Flavour is lightly tart and loaded with crushed haskap, that blueberry/lingonberry character is dominant with astringnent, tannic berry skin popping in the finish, the body is clean with a little lactic citrus and subtle supporting hop bitterness and mint/herbs. No real sign of lactose creamy sweetness. Short aftertaste. Lightish body, verging on watery, soft carbonation. Fun haskap character but a bit lacking in stuffing behind, felt like a 4% berliner rather than a higher abv smoothie beer.

(355ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City - this is v2 with El Dorado added) Pours quite hazy deep gold with a small white head that's stable with a little lace. Aroma and flavour both convey the notes of a 'green fruit' NEIPA as expected from the hops, with honeydew melon, green mango, papaya, fresh leaves, lightly sweet orange backbone, just some touches of pit fruit with clean malt and a little smooth yeast, the light sweetness fades into a light to moderate bitter 'rind-y' green fruit finish with some leaves and no hop burn. Medium bodied, a bit slick, nice soft carbonation. This style of NEIPA isn't always my favourite, I gravitate to other hops, but when it's nailed I really like it and this nailed it.
