(375ml bottle from Superette du Diner, Quebec City) Pours very dark brown with a small pale brown head that fades fast with a little lace and a few floating coconut solids. Aroma of molasses, cooked red and dark fruits, cola-type spicebox, ripe banana, some creamy coconut in there lurking I think, woody barrel tones as well. Flavour is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly roast-acidic, flavours again of molasses and cola with tingling rum spirit heat and moderate spicebox, some fruitiness though not as banana-estery as the nose, more just in candied fruit territory, the finish is rather dry, mineral and lightly roast-acidic with floral vanilla and a touch of creamy coconut peeking through (adjuncts are otherwise retiring), rum spirits and a little grippy barrel wood giving drydown, low bitterness. Fairly light-bodied, oily, low carbonation, rather thin for the ABV. Interesting but not wholly my thing, which is odd as I like rum and I like coconut and think they're a natural pairing.
A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. On tap at L'autre oeil.
A deep dark burgundy red ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam, light black currant, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart blackberry, raspberry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at À la Dérive pub.
A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light grapeskin, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at À la Dérive pub.

Mooch tasting, courtesy of the gang
Dark brown colour, near black. Aroma of roasted malts, light glue. It's full bodied, sweet, with mild roasted malts, chocolate, a lot of alcohol; something comes across mildly perfumey, I guess it's the Acerum; hot finish.
Good.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled 21.11.13). Near black with small beige head. Woody, feint maple, acerum barrel is interesting, likewise with the SIR Robert Wallace Gagne, wouldn't buy again, but okay to try.

Dark brown. Thin head. A dry, crackery strong stout with light maple and a bit of fruitiness. Has a big boozy taste, certainly maple, and a light toastiness.

375mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of hot spirit, with medium roast. Flavour has that bizarre eau de vie character, lots of booze, and subtle perfume. The base is kind of weak, so this entirely depends on whether you like the strange barrel character, which I don't. Not a fan.

Poured from 375mL bottle (but the label claims it's 750mL - an obvious typo). Dark brown with small beige head. A bit of Oreo-like chocolate, mild vanilla and lactose. Not a ton of depth, but it's a decent beer and doesn't taste like a cheap knock off Oreo chocolate like the Superflux Oreo beer (Cookies & Cream) was... It's fine.
