Clear brown pour, small off white head. Slightly nutty, light grass, toasty cereals. Medium bitter, nutty, finish, not bad, but too nutty and leans way too much towards a brown ale.

English: Can from Broue Ha Ha (DBSQ)
Caramel-brushed malty aromas with esters reminiscent of banana and cherry as well as clove phenols.
Veiled liquid, light brown with orange reflections.
Sparkling and fleeting foam.
Well malted on the palate with accents of cherries, banana, raisin bread, all spiced with cloves, with a fizzy and very active carbonation.
The taste environment is extremely sweet, even if attenuated by the high carbonation.
A sweet, complex, warm, sweetly syrupy wheat beer but refreshing and drinkable, thanks to its high carbonation.
Much appreciated!

Lightly hazed, showing nice, lively carbonation. A frothy-soapy whitish head that had very good retention, leaving some foamy patches all around. The nose shows lemon-orange zests, yeast and hints of berries. The mouthfeel is juicy with just e nice mild dryness in the end. The taste blends the citruses, with a few tropical fruit notes. A tad oat-tart left on the tongue. A nice, refreshing, juicy Pale Ale that calms a thirst.

Clean, copper colour with amber highlights, a light-beige, frothy head, decent stay and thick foamy lacing. Nicely smoked malt aromas with other darker malts, caramel and spicy ones. Wet mouthfeel with just a good touch of light dryness. So, not thick and sticky like some Rauchbiers are. The smokiness is slightly milder, well-blended in the flavours with the kind of rye-spicy and lightly darker malts. Also, some nice toastiness. Quite a good, easy-drinking Rauchbier, with a Marzen-Pils touch.

Clean, light-amber colour with golden highlights with a big frothy-creamyish, warm light-beige head that stays quite a while and leaving nice foamy lacing streaks. Cereal grain aromas with a touch of grassy hoppiness. The taste has the cereal malt, kind of light rye, with grassy notes and hints of corn in the background. Mildly oily mouthfeel with some good dryness in the finish. A nice, refreshing Oktoberfest with good maltiness and blending hops.

Third Silo lager of the night - collab with l'Amère à Boire. Clean, golden colour with minimal carbonation, a frothy white head, average retention and good lacing streaks. Cereal grain aromas with biscuit malts and mild caramel. The hops come out in the taste, giving some decent grassiness, dryness in the finish. The malts are in the background with the caramel, a tad diacetyl, with decent cereal grains. A nice malty beer in the nose, with the hops balancing things in mouth.
