A golden kolsch with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Poincaré.

Can: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with light dry floral notes. Taste is also a mix of crisp cereal notes with some hoppy dry floral notes with very faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation.Solid pilsner with great drinkability.

Can: Poured a clear brown color lager with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt notes with some light nutty notes. Taste is a good mix of dry caramelized malt notes with some nutty flavors and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking lager with a nice level of complexity.

On tap at Vices et Versa, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops and crackery malt in true Czech fashion. Flavour is more on the herbaceous side, with crunchy grassy notes and crisp biscuity malt. Herbaceous and bready, but doesn't have the clarity of superior Czech pilsners. Not sure what the Quebec raters are thinking here.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, grassy hops, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with treacle, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at brewery.
