Bottiglia BBE 2018 bevuta 10/2018.

2010-05-16, draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, in parallel with a Girardin Jonge Lambik, 7-5-7-3-15=37
Light amber color, hazy, with a huge creamy head. The aroma is delicate, with cheese rinds (tomme), very light rubber, cereals, hay, grass; then comes some of the sourness of the Lambic, and the Bretts, but not the Saaz. Good Lambic flavor, quite smooth; mild but very good Bretts; citrusy feeling; dry and citrusy final (again, no Bretts). Compared to the Jonge Lambic, the Bretts are more prominent, and the overall feeling is drier.
2010-05-06, draught/cask at København Ølfestival 2010, 7-4-7-4-14=36
Hazy deep blond color. Nice cellar aroma, puckery, dusty. Light and astringent mouthfeel, with light lemon peel bitterness.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, opening night, May 2010
Muddy light amber color. Strange aroma of ham, manure, some sourness, soil. Dry but structured mouthfeel, with bitter grapefruit and citrus peel flavor. Good bitterness level. Extreme drinkability. Interesting.
