Thin beige head soon left a cover on a very dark brown still body. Minimal aroma of malt & spiced orange. Medium to full bodied. Thick & chewy on the palate. Very little carbonation & sticky & cloying on the back. Liquorice, cherry, orange, spices, sugar & malt tastes with some added Festive Flavours!!

Bottle from Carrefour. Mahogany with a minimal head. Aroma of musky spice. Flavour is Belgian beer with a bit of Christmas spice, roughly thrown in, not subtle.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a large white head. Nose is very effervescent, with lots of Belgian yeast, a champagne-like funk, and light sweetness. Flavour is very similar, with a dry Belgian yeast character, some crisp champagne-like notes, and almost no residual sweetness. Spicy, dry and yeasty in the best of ways. Carbonation is high, but fitting. Much better than I was expecting given the score. Very nice.

Bottle, Legacy. Bright golden colour. Pours with a big head that dies down quite a bit, but still leaves a mountain of foam, and an Orval-like hoodoo. Dry, herbal hops on the aroma, spicy, just a touch of pale malt. On the palate, again the emphasis on spicy. The malts are biscuity, with a hint of toast, and provide a great backdrop to the hop spiciness. Not much alcohol taste - just a hint lending dryness to the finish. Delicate esters. Honestly, this is a nicely put together Belgian golden - refined, balanced, and complex.

Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso y gas. Normal.

0.33 l bottle from 'Prik & Tik' (Tongeren), best before August 2018. Slow gusher. Clear, golden amber with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, floral and quite fruity aroma of peach, coriander, vanilla and some clove. Quite sweet, yeasty-spicy, slightly floral and moderately fruity taste of vanilla, peach, coriander, some clove and a touch of banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very decent, has a nice fruity character which matches the apparent yeast aromas pretty well.
