Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of melon and orange cream. Flavour of pine needles and lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Incredible mouthfeel for a 3.5% ABV beer. Delicious.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of liquorice root and chalky minerals. Flavour of salted bread and flower petals. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. It’s good but a touch chalky.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a hazy yellow to orange with an off white head. Aroma is hops bouquet, citrus, grapefruit, fruity. Taste is bitter hops forward, huge fruit mix, grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, acidic.

440ml can - Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small mostly lasting white head. A moderately sweet fruity aroma, grapefruit, lychee and tropical. A moderately sweet to light sweet fruity taste, sweet grapefruit, lychee and white grape flavours with a light dry zesty and sweetish finish.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Aroma of grapefruit and lemongrass. Flavour of fleshy grapefruit, chalky malt and lemon sponge. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Hoppy and easy drinking. A quality beer and a great hop combination.

Can in the garden, 5th June 2021. Pours clear, nice white froth. Aroma is yeast, grass clippings, straw, brewery fresh. Taste is straw, floral, bitter, clean, some dry hay, good depth to it. Great Pilsner to enjoy as an easy drinker on a warm day, cracking
