Bottle. Hazy yellow / golden color, with a white low but creamy head. Fruity alcohol aroma. Dry malt flavor dominated by the high alcohol percentage and a good deal of carbonation.

(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 2 Sep) Colour is amber, slightly hazy, with a huge, white, disappearing, head. Nose is fruity with orange, peaches, marzipan and spicy hops, sweetish. Taste is fruity and rather sweet with orange, mandarin, marzipan and a spicy hop character in the finish. On the sweet side, but still nice.

This fusion style has an excellent aroma of hops and flowers. Flavor has fruit, flowers, sweet malt, yeast, and spices. Unusually complex. Light gold, with some sediment. One of the best aromas I have found in any beer.

Bottle Pours out a dark Golden topped off with about a pound of foam. Had some fruit and hops to the aroma. But not much hop to the tast.

Pours a slightly hazy gold into a tulip. Full micro head leaves film of lacing as it gradually recedes in humps. Bread, hay, apple and lime notes. Fizzy and sweet malt front to back with a lingering pepper finish.

Bottle Pours a hazy deep golden with a huge white frothy head. When I say huge, I mean huge. We were ladeling out the head from our glasses after each top-off. Even sneaking it down the sides would not hold off the onslaught of foam. Distictive, up front Belgian spicy, musty aroma. Some hops as well, but me thinks the comm desc of "very hoppy" is a bit over stated. Flavor was similar, with the clove, and hop spiciness quite apparent. Feel was quite lively and effervescent. Slightly unfilterd chalky feel as well. Thanks Buckeyeboy for spliting this with me tonight.

Bottled. Hazy, golden beer with a white head. Apple, alcohol, some yeast and sweetness in the aroma. The flavor har hints of spices and hops, and green apples. Bubbly, a bit too thin mouthfeel with lots of alcohol in the finish. Rating: 7-4-8-4-15-3.8. 060801
Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a massive, dense, white head over a slighlty hazy golden body with some floaties and good carbonation. Fruity nose with a good dash of banana and some citrus. Pale malts, alcohol and some spices too. Medium, warming mouthfeel. The flavor has an appropriate bitterness, else it’s pretty much like the aroma. Lasting bitter finish. A bit on the warming side, at least if it’s the first beer of the day, but tasteful and pleasing. 091129
