Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Brown-amber colour. Fruity honeyaroma. Very sweet. Clean and malty with syrupy mouthfeel. Quite hoppy, with bitter finish. Does good job of hiding the 12%.

Light tan, hazy; aroma of pepper, pine wood, leather, malt; almost light in body, dryish, leathery with a sweetish, biscuity finish.

Light tan, densely sedimented w/thick, fluffy head. Aroma of sweet pears and hint of grapefruit, white pepper, pale malt, and yeast. Firm body, but spritzy; lots of yeast flavour; fruity (orange, apple, mango), hint of sugar. Despite the sweet start, this dries out significantly with a big shot of alcohol, orange rind, and hop (either Styrian or Hallertau).

Served in a real pint with an ear. But the high expectations of the aroma or not released in the flavour (unfortunately).

Amber coloured. Aroma of toffee and a hint of red wine, like in the Flemish red ales. Nicely malty, full bodied, seet with ony low bitterness. This is a wonderfully balanced and complex ale.
