A hazy yellow beer with a dense white head. The aroma is slightly sweet. The flavor is sweet malty and rather hoppy with notes of honey, grass, and alcohol that runs over the tongue. A lovely fresh triple. Gets better with aging.

An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty, and so is the flavor. But the flavor also contains notes of caramel and yeast. An average Belgian Strong Ale.

White, creamy head, good lacing and mostly lasting. Hazy blond-white body. Hoppy and yeasty aroma. Lightly sweet and moderately acidic initial flavour. Moderately acidic, lightly bitter averagely long finish.

Nicely surprising. Poured cloudy yellow-orange, with abundant dark greenish (blech...) yeast sediment. Tight off-white head actually increased over time. Sour white wine aroma with definite alcohol notes. Flavor is reminiscent of a Saison or lambic: very woody and somewhat sour, musty, with underlying vinous character. Very much reminiscent of Beatrix.

Cloudy amber color; frothy head. Good ale, quite malty, with some caramel, round mouthfeel, with a late fruitness. Sweet and malty.

Hazy golden color; beautiful lace and creamy head. Rather simple aroma of malt and old hops. Quite good flavor without surprise, good malt, fresh, good final bitterness, but also a residual sweetness. Simple but enjoyable.

Cloudy golden color. Malty and fruity aroma. Quite good malt, with a late spiceness and fruitness. Short.

This is a good belgian, light orangish color with a good belgian head. There are big chuncks of stuff floating at the bottom, may be scarey for some. Ther is a nice citrus aroma. As far as belgians go its in the middle.

Beautiful dark amber color, bright and clean; compact generous head. Malt and caramel aroma, with a hint of smoke and alcohol. Round body, strong caramel flavor, but a bit too boozy.

Dark amber color; generous, compact head. Mild but nice aroma, malt and caramel, some candi sugar, light alcohol and Madeira wine. Good body structure, quite round too; good malt and caramel flavor, quite rich, with a shade of cheesy Belgian yeast; quite sweet, with some candi sugar cleanness, and some sweet liquorice. The alcohol is well hidden; it’s a bit too much carbonated. Solid.

Cloudy orange-golden color. Malt, caramel, hop aroma; curaçao; and light phenol at the end. Very good and strong flavor, big malt; caramel, oranges. Big strong one, well brewed, well hiding the alcohol; not really complex.

Slightly hazy orange colour with a thin white soapy head. Aroma of curacao, coriander seed, a bit of cloves and very fragrant bananas. Great Aroma! Full-bodied; Super strong spicey flavour full of yeast & pepper. Very carbonated; Aftertaste very bittered from the spiceyness. Overall, an odd beer, but actually pretty good-definately worth a try! I got this 33 cL bottle from Mabdoney in a trade way back in August. Cheers Matt! I sampled this one on 20-November-2003.
