Pint at the Rock, Cambridge. well I’ve drunk almost everything in here, so desperate ticks call for desperate measures. Darkish gold with a big white head. The head settles quickly and leaves some sort of odd film. Smells of naked malt and salty sweaty lemon. Doesn’t taste of much, like alcoholic barley water, but the aftertaste has some odd plastic citrus note. Its actually not actively bad, but certainly disappointing, although I have no idea why I may have expected better...

Pours a clear, dark amber color, topped with a medium sized and creamy head, just off-white. Nice retention. Mild biscuity malt aroma with a bit of grassiness in the back. Moderately sweet. Biscuity malt with some caramel presence and a mild hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium light body. Ok.

Pale gold colour with a white head. Sweet aroma, slightly malty. Taste is... pretty much nothing. Perfectly serviceable macro lager, but not one I’d ever seek out.
