Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ebano. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, erbaceo, agrumi e spezie.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma in rapida dispersione. Il liquido appare limpido. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, spezie, erbe aromatiche, frutta passita e foglie.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a lasting uniform white head. Aroma is green straw, grass, sileage, grassy hop. Palate is semi sweet decent cask condition. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic fresh green grains, straw, grass, hedgerow hop, firm grassy bitterness. Goes down pretty easy.

Cask at the Barrel Vault, St Pancras on 20th March 2026. Just shy of clear amber with shallow off-white foam and initial lacing. Spicy fruit aroma. Pungent and fruity in-mouth with a dry finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
