On tap at Apotekergaarden. It's a lightly unclear yellow colored drink with a small, white head. Funky nose with mashed apples, fresh red and yellow apples and a touch of orchard.. There's a light acidity in the flavor, almost like lemon juice, with fresh apples, mashed apples, some funk and a hint of alcohol. Not warming though. It's medium to full-bodied, dryish and lightly tart, with some carbonation. Lasting fruity finish. A very nice and refreshing cider even though it's quite strong. 171013

On tap at the source. A hazy golden-orange colored beer with a white head of two finger size. Banana, some sugar, lemon, wheat, cloves, some pine cones and grass in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a nice bitterness. It’s medium to full bodied, a bit less carbonated than a regular weiss, but nice. Lasting finish. A very pleasant weissbier indeed. 170707
