Tap at EBF: Hazy golden with a creamy foam on top. Nose is very yeasty, dusty & mouldy. Good filling mouthfeel & a soft carbonation. Dry & bitter hoppy end. Very drinkable & nice triple!

Draught Thick amber-mango head; fully hazy brown-red beer. Bitterish, woody nose, some inke and certainly tannins. Very bitter-woody, quite severe beer, tannine extra bittering and not very noble-tasting Saaz... Dry-out effect like lambic, fully attenuated, no restsugars. Blue cheese in the aftertaste. Unusual Double Bock, not for the faint-hearted. Brewer confirmed our suspicion this one is top-fermented.

Draught Off-white head, hazy red-amber. Bready notes, sweet & earthy, point of liqueur as well, nuts-liqueur. Earthy, leafy, very classical Bock-flavours. Chocolate on the palate. Smooth, well-bodied, some alcohol. Classical Bock, exactly at the opposite side of the spectrum as their Double Bock.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Cloudy orange/brown, mid-sized head. Nutty and caramelly up front. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Grainy chewy and berryish with light grassy bitterness. Well balanced.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Dark brown, minimal head. Vinous nose with some coffee. Full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly and phenolic, vinous and viscous. Somehow the flavours seem like they are contained in a plastic bag and does not full come out. A full sized beer with lots of things going on, but I don’t understand them all.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Very black, no head. Intensely chocolatey with some molasses. Sweet with lemony licorice and some black currant. Concentrated aniseed with notes of tobacco and burnt sugar. In the finish artificial sweetness burns for a faint second.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Smooth fruity and sweet aroma. Light overripe fruity nose. Sweet and fruity. Very nicely balanced and yeasty. Mellow yeasty and fruity finish. Nicely balanced. Lingering into the far finish.

From tap. Pours hazy to murky orange to brown with a lacing tan. Mild nutty and yeasty aroma with a lot of caramel and mild hoppy aromas. Flavour is nutty and medium dry caramel malty with a lurking sweetness. Light warming alcohol presence. Smooth yeasty and hoppy finish.

From a wooden cask. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small creamy and tan head. Grape fruity and mild wooden aroma. Smooth fruity and very inviting. Smooth fruity and slight alcoholic initial impression. The fruity flavours smoothly linger into the back of the tongue providing a smooth vanilla and mild chocolate. Dominant fruity finish with a mild alcohol warmth.
