Bottle. Amber beer with a big cream-colored head. Citrus (orange) aroma with grass and yeast. Citrus, earth, yeast flavor with light grass and malt backing. Big hop flavor, but not a lot of bitterness. Medium bodied. Hop flavor lingers with malt and yeast. Some cocoa and darker malts show as it warms.

Bottle at EBF08. Fruity and citric aroma, citrus fruits. Cloudy orange colour. Very small white head, seems creamy. Very nice flavour, powerful. Very sweet, syrupy. Quite fruity, some orange. The alcohol is distinct and warming, but not rough or bitter.

Draught at EBF08. Slightly citric aroma, weak lemon. Quite peppery flavour, malty, dusty and wheaty. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Nice creamy white head. Creamy flavour. Rubbery finish.

Tap at EBF: Pitch black with a creamy brown head. Nose is sweet matured malty & oaky. Sticky, full & soft body. Roasted bitter coffee. Some chocolate, dark fruits & vanilla. Super complex & a interesting & somehow different oak combination.
