Bottled. A hazy light amber beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity, but also with light spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of figs, wheat, and spices. The body is quite thick.

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, pale amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and diacetyl. Rather full-bodied with sweetish malt accents - fruit, yeast and diacetyl. The finish is dry and bitter. A decent Tripel. Courtesy of jbrus. 040307

Hazy brown color, medium head. Aroma of some roasted malt, chocolat, sweetness. Probably the recipe or the brewing has evolved in time, because it was very nice balanced, no strange ingredients were overwhelming taste and aroma. I’m becoming a fan of this brewery!

Bottle, 8.5%. Sour, slightly farty, malty, spicy hop aroma. Hazy orange colour. Nice, big stable, light brown head. Slightly sour flavour, quite malty and refreshing. The aftertaste is roasted with a good alcohol note. Good mouthfeel.

Bottled. It looked quite decent, clear and golden-colored, topped by a white head, and it had a medium body, but the rest wasn’t good. Mothballs and honey on the nose, and honey and hints of spicyness in the flavor. Honey finish as well. I like honey, but this was too much, and when the mothball-aroma was in there as well, it failed to thrill me. (061222)

Hazy amber color, with red shades; thin head, probably low carbonation. The aroma shows some sweet malt and light fruitness. The mouthfeel is light, the flavor is not strong, but with some malt; there is still some yeast taste; unfortunately the bitterness is too low and the final too short. Ordinary.
