Tap @ de Molen. Golden blond color, thick creamy head. Aroma of hop, some grass, bit caramel malt, anis. Soft bitter taste, slight sweet, anis again, caramel. Good balance.

Tap @ de Molen. Brewed with Weihenstephaner yeast. Hazy golden color, medium creamy head, which had to rise like a Guiness. Aroma of sweet banana, some wheat. Very sweet banana taste, like a banana-milkshake, very creamy. Slightly dry finish. Bit too sweet for a German weizen, and not spicy and wheaty enough. Too bad it doesn’t resemble the Weihenstephaner, but certainly not bad.

Bottled. Ahazy brown beer with an ornage head. The aroma is sweet and quite herbal. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, flowers, and spices. Nice, but not roasted enough in my opinion to be a stout, but the drinability is high.

Bottled. Hazy nutbrown colour with small beigeish head. Aroma is spices, yeast, malts and caramel. Flavour is honey, hops, caramel and sweet malts. Very nice, and keeps the alcohol away from flavour, but it does indeed give a nice warming feeling while going down.

Bottled. Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and hops. Some glueish alcoholic notes also along. Flavour is very sweet alcoholic and spicy. When warming up a bit some sour fruits also come through in the flavour. Alternative thing.

Cask at GBBF 2006. An unclear orange beer with no head. The aroma is very American with notes of grapefruit reminisence of Cascade. The flavor is a bit watery with notes of fruit - especially oranges as well as light notes of malt leading to a slightly acidic bitter end.

Bottle, 6.5% as De Molen Goudse Kuijt. Refreshingly sour hop aroma. Hazy orange colour, small white head and small floaties. The flavour is a bit watery, yeasty, fruity and vinous. Quite yeasty aftertaste. Not very flavourful, but OK. Reminds me of a pils. 6 3 5 3 13
Bottle 6.5% as De Molen Blond. Fruity aroma, acidic in the good way. Slightly hazy amber colour, small white head. The flavour is lot like the aroma, fruity with some lemony citric notes. Hint of yeast in the flavour. Nothing spectacular, but well-balanced and refreshing. 6 3 6 3 14

Bottle, 5.0% as Goudsche Grachten Witbier. Tea, coriander aroma. Hazy golden colour, very small white head. The flavour is a bit yeasty with OK coriander notes. Otherwise a little thin. Low bitterness. I guess it would be refreshing enough in summer.

This is a nice tripel and much better than most. Tasted on draught, Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Sweet aroma of passion fruit and spices including coriander. Flavor surprisingly has some sourness, as well as lemon and more fruit. The alcohol is very well hidden, and the palate is quite good.
