Pours a deep dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, cocoa. Flavour is medium dark sugar sweetness, burnt malts. Some hop bitterness in the finish. Excellent brew.

Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, citrus, tropical fruits, hops. Flavour is medium sweet, malts, caramel. Nice lingering bitterness. Quite a thick body, sticky mouthfeel.

Aroma of burnt roasted malts, smoked peat, dark fruit, chocolate and some hops. Flavour is moderate sweetness, smoke. Rather mildly smoked, but I like it this way.

Aroma of citrus, lemon, grassy hops, tropical fruit. Flavour is hoppy, citrussy, with a medium bitterness aftertaste. Very nice and refreshing IPA.

30/03/2014. Deep amber/orange looks beautiful. Fruity aroma of malts, sweet oranges, sweet apples, caramel, mandarin, peach. Flavour is fruity and caramel sweetness with some alcohol. Very full sticky mouthfeel, thick body. Surprisingly easily drinkable considering the alcohol content. A majestic beer. 03/03/2015 drank 01/04/2009 bottle.

Aroma of malts, dark fruits, raisins, plum, chocolate, molasses. Flavour is very sweet, dark fruits, molasses. Sticky mouthfeel, finishes dry. Love the aroma, but the sweetness is a bit too heavy for my taste.

Aroma of malts, fruits, apricots, vanilla, oak, bourbon. Flavour is sweet malts, a bit boozy. A bit too sweet and cloying for my taste. Still, a nice Barleywine, I especially enjoyed the oak flavours.

Bottle. Color: Hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, subtle smoke and citrus fruit. Taste: Hoppy, floral and subtle citrus fruit, some caramel, subtle smoke and spicy rye notes. Slightly soapy. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness. Medium body, just below average crbonation. OK IPA with a twist.

Aroma of sour cherries, sour apples, vinegar, oak, slight barnyard. Flavour is heavy vinegary sourness with some sweet notes. Extreme and damn tasty.
