Aroma of roasted malts, dark fruits, toffee, chocolate, vanilla, red wine, oak, bourbon. Flavour is sweet and boozy with a bittersweet finish. Sticky mouthfeel. Well-balanced and nice full aroma. Another great BA from De Molen.

2009 bottle. Aroma of malt, caramel, ripe fruits, peach, apricot, resin, aged hops. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate bitter finish. After 6 years this Double IPA has turned into a nice Barley Wine indeed.
