An old bottle, ~ 10 years old or so. Hazy brown with a small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Slightly sweetish malt, caramel. Trace of dust. Mild tangy fruits and a little spice. Light semi dry finish. Tasty and drinkable, ages well.

Hazy blond with giant foam head. Nice, spicy, peppery flavour with a little sweetness. Nice thick texture.

cloudy yellow, white head. nice aroma, fruity, bretty, very dry, sourish. very nice aroma. flavor is sourish, dry, citrussy, faint spicy. well balanced. nicely sur. very very nice alternative to a fruity sour beer.

Bottle 37.5cl.Clear medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is tart, sour, white wine, sour beer, vinous, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet, acidic and bitter with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090226]

Bottled. Hazy reddish colour with small mildly off-white ready. Aroma is fruity and some sour ooden notes as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is fruits, sour earth some yeasty notes and quite much very earthy notes as well. Sourish fruit berr.

Bright red with a lasting pink head. Weak cherry aroma, with brettanomyces. Dry and slightly tart flavour of cherry and brett. Nice and refreshing.
