On tap at St. Augustines on Rare Beer Tap Takeover. Sweet-sour with cherry, barrels and a little bit of veggie notes. Very pleasant, similar to Flemish ales. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of rose petals upfront, followed by lots of brett, and fairly high acidity. Fruity, acidic and bretty on the finish. Solid but a little thin and acidic.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with medium white head. Aroma is fairly funky for only having lacto, along with prominent candied malts and fairly aggressive resinous hops. Flavour is quite lacto-heavy, with a prominent white wine barrel presence, oak, and dry resinous hops (no candied notes on the flavour really). Finishes nicely bitter, but not harsh given the 100 IBUs, with moderate sourness and quite low acidity. Really nicely balanced. For 4.1%, it sure packs a punch. Excellent.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma brings out light funk, light white wine and some miscellaneous spicy yeasty notes. Flavour is very wheaty, with considerable brett funk, leather, wheat, some spicy rye but almost no hint of the barrels. Dry and very uncarbonated - needs more. Lacking complexity, but it's pleasant enough.

750 ml bottle at Gueuze tasting 2016, Ulfborg. Dark red copper brown color with off white to beige head. Roasted malty and yeasty aroma, coffee in the beginning, fruity, berries, vegetables, spicy, light funky. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma with some smoked wood notes. Medium oily body with soft carbonation

Associated Cityfresh, Brooklyn bottle: pours creamy irange with haze. Aroma is saidon ueast and kumquats. I do not really like kumquats, I came to realise. They do not really mix well with beer or this beer does not mix really well with them. Kind of too bitter. Flavor was meh. Far from undrinkable bit far from a favourite.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the lacto, with yogurt and tropical fruits (especially kiwi). Flavour is big on the lacto upfront, followed by the spicy coriander and kiwi-like tropical fruits. A lacto bomb, accentuated nicely by the coriander. Very nice stuff.

37,5 cl bottle @Β home
Aroma has strong bretta tartness and fruit candy in the background. Flavour has tart citron, grapefruit, bretta tones and hints of cereal-style malt. Also mild gastric acid tones. A bit too tart to be completely enjoyable. Indeed no signs of 100 IBU, sourness overrides it I guess.
