Description
We are The Curious Brewery. Where flavour and passion comes first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t.

Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. We decided to make the best-tasting beer and cider, using just the best quality ingredients brewed at our state of the art Brewery in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

The regular is a slightly bready malty lager more in the Czech style. some drying hop finish. it's fine if unexciting. 3.0 Tank beer is a deep old gold colour. lasting white head. Fresher bready aroma. More yeast and then a light peaches and cream fruit aroma. Distinctive hop character. Peaches and some floral notes rose petal . Cream. light and delicate in the mouth. doesn't drink at 5.4% abv. it's good though. very light lager malt creamed cereal flavour. finish holds more of the same flavours. interesting. Cannot say i would smash it. got flavour and character though. 3.3%

Bottle at home picked up from Waitrose. A clear pale petrol coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is slightly tangy apple, dusting of white sugars, light wood note. Flavour is composed of crisp apple tang, clean, lemon squeeze, dry tangy finish. Palate is crisp and tangy, highish carbonation, bitter. Decent tasty stuff.
