Description

From backlog. 750ml bottle. Smooth, sweetish and slightly fruity hoppy with some wheaty notes, banana and yeastiness, mild grassy notes and citrus. Okay.

2 July 2022. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke, Eugène & Evelien!
Hazy golden-orange, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of banana peel, apple slices, pear, clove, starch, wheat. Taste has sweetish banana & dried apple, going over bitter grasy, hay & spicy clove in a bready, slightly wheaty malt body. Grassy hoppy finish offering unripe yellow fruits, spices and dry & bitter yeastiness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Very interesting interpretation of the style, un-Belgian and even un-German.
