Description
La Brasserie de la Mule est un projet de production de bières issues d'ingrédients biologiques en plein cœur du quartier historique de Schaerbeek.

De oprichter is de Duitser Joël Galy en de brouwerij maakt dan ook vooral bieren in Duitse stijl. Het heet Brasserie de la Mule omdat de ezel het symbool is van Schaarbeek en een ezel en een paard een muilezel voortbrengen.

Hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, cloves and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle shared. Hazy golden with white head. Soft caramel, doughy, soft pine, flowery, cloves. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Solid medium bodied. Not a classic hopfenweisse but quite OK.

Burk från Etre. Disig varmgul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Doft av vete, jäst, banan, fenoler, nejlika. Stiltypisk men lite torrare och friskare och en lite mer distinkt beska. Trevlig

Burk från Etre. Klsr gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Doft av säd, bröd och hö. Elegant, mjuk med en viss krispighet. Fint smakdjup, säd och hö dominerar smaken. Stor kropp med lite märzenkaraktär. Trevlig

75cl bottle as part of 2021 BXL Beer Fest beer pack from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: herbal, bit orange, spicy, honey touch. T: full malty base, a lot of herbal bitterness, bit green banana, spicy, orange, bready, bit thyme, medium carbonation, not bad as like it bitter, ok for the style, enjoyed.
