Beau’s Full Time IPA 6.7% Opaque gold with a citrusy hop bouquet. Medium bodied malty and balanced with lots of zesty citrusy hoppiness. Really solid IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a fizzy, frothy warm cap, average stay and some nice foamy patches. The Bretts are really present in the aromas with the earthiness, but the hops seems to balance this. It is almost like a good moldy note, like some cheeses. The mouthfeel gets dryer by the finish, with a sharp bitterness. This is a nice blend between and Imperial IPA and a Brett strong brew, with the alcohol nicely hidden.

Pours a hazy peach-pink-amber colour with golden highlights. The fizzy, slight-froth white head with a pink hue disappears quickly leaving no lacing. Yeasty aromas with some berry notes and sharp hops that come out eventually. The taste is lighter, kind of watery with hints of berries and very low saltiness. Very mild tart on the tongue. Too bad, was expecting way more.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a yellow gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with floral and perfumey hops. Medium length finish medium body.

Enjoyed at Beau's on my first trip there (after rating over 100 brews from them). Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white cap and decent lace. Citrus lemon juice and peel aromas creating some sourness. The mouthfeel is slightly tarty. Yeasty tasting with citrus notes and lots of sourness. Quite a sour beer with the nice light dryness from the dry-hopping.

Decent saison, could use more body for a fuller mouthfeel. But it is clean, with a slightly high bitterness for the style. Duke of york toronto
